There are way too many pokemon. Try just a simple starter like pachirisu and a flygon line like 4-2-3-2 and a 2-1-2 apharoros line and 4 starters. Then you can play 16 energy and 24 trainers and 4 of those trainers have to be rare candy.

    Try This:

    Pokemon: 22

    3-Trapinch SW
    2-Vibrava SW
    2-Flygon Ex DF
    1-Flygon SW
    2-Mareep SW
    1-Flaaffy SW
    2-Ampharos SW
    2-Seedot DP
2-Shiftry Ex CG ( its body puts 2 on a pokemon after it uses a pokepower)
    1-Rayquaza Ex DF
    2-Sentret
    2-Furret

    Trainers/Supporters: 22

    3-Rare Candy
    3-Bebe's Search
    3-Oak's Visit
    3-Rosanne's Research
    3-Steven's Advice
    4-Dusk Ball
    3-Quick Ball

    Energy: 16

    2-Double Rainbow
    2-Multi Energy
    6-Lightning
    6-Psychic

Your pokemon and trainers were all over the place...I fixed it up for you, trust me...this will work way better than your last list...I hope it works for you

The SW flygon puts one damage counter on opponent's active between turns

I forgot about all the Ex's....try changing the double rainbows to multi's or just take them out for another lightning or psychic

it may be my inexperience but, it says as long as flygon sw is active pokemon. so that means alltogether each turn he could be doing a maximum of 100 dmg if a fighting energy is attached that turn. 60+20+10 (after his turn) + 10 (after my turn) but since this deck has no fighting energies it would max at 80. wouldnt it be better to just have flygon ex DF to do the 80 dmg, or maybe a flygon d HP for delta supply

i think it looks better now.
im probably gonna stick to my empoleon card disruption deck for now(4-4-2-2 empoleon 2-2 ambipom)

until i can get the necessary cards to actually run this deck
