Strategy
I've changed this deck from it's previous version to raise it's consistancy a bit. The overall strategy is to shut off all powers by damaging them with Crobat G, so they will be shut off by Amphy and stoping their powers with Mesprit. Metagross can possibly swich their pokemon, and after the first 50 can keep doing 100, Amphy can ethier do 60 or paralize and can move an energy with it's last attack getting one of my bench pokemon ready. I've tested this deck out and the combination works. Mesprit, and Metagross help to control the game along with Amphy . All of the control makes up for Amphy's attacks making it competable against the other decks in the format. Enjoy!!
Machups 10= higest chance of winning
Regigigas=8-10 If they get out Dialg G lvx quick it could create problems. If they do then I'll get out Metagross and swich it up quick and attack it until its dead. Once its gone then I can control the game with Crobat to help Amphy lock Regi and their other power techs.
Galactic=9-10 I have to get out Amphy to stop Skunktank, or use B.T.S. and Mesprit for a turn or stall with Crobat. Crobat G is the perfect starter, as it can't be poisoned making Toxicroak useless. From there I will set up the bench, Mesprit when I need to and lock with Amphy if needed. Gyarados and Honchcrow G gets fried by Amphy, and if Dialga G comes out, I will Magnetic Reversal it. Mesprit will stop their Uxie's and mabee their Crobat G to prevent them from finishing me of with 1 counter.
Giratina Variants=10-10 Lock the powers, attack with Amphy, and swich with Gross. In the bag
Kingdra=7-10 If kingdra donks it will be hard to stop. If do then I can get out Amphy and fry it. They will take some prizes but if I can come back in time they will be in trouble. If they don't get Kingdra out early then its open season for Amphy.
Machamp=6-10 If they get him out early it will be bad for me. I have to get out Amphy as quick as possible to draw out Machamp lvx so I can attack off of his body. Once its gone then control the game with Amphy and Mesprit. If they get out another one I will send out Amphy as it will last longer because the lvx is gone. If they get out Dialga G lvx, I will use Metagross. If I can get or borrow Unknown g, then this matchup will be easier.
Rampardos=4-10 If they get it out fast I will be in trouble. I have get Amphy out quick because he will last 2 turns and can stop claydol. If they get poke healer, than its even harder to win. Mesprit takes care of Uxie if I have a pokemon left after the fast donks.
A.M.U.=10-10 With Amphy and Mesprit this ones a wrap.
Tortera=4-10 If they get Sceptile on the bench early I am toast. I have to Metagross it, then I can control the game. If they bring out another one, I'll just repeat the process.
Gardivior Variants=10-10 I can shut of ther powers pretty quick. If gallade comes out then I can attack with Metagross they will have to flip over alot of prizes to knock it out. Them without face down prizes will make it harder for them.
Amphytric=10-10 Manetric can actually hurt me because of Mesprit Crobat G and Metagross's powers. I can lock their Claydol and Mesprit their Uxie. Amphy will be the attacker in this one. It can paralize, and transfer energy to another Amphy getting it ready. This one is a done deal.

I have tweeked the list a little and added the matchups I might face. This will give you a clear view of how the deck works and how the pokemon support each other. I want to hear your thoughts on this.

I like this deck. it is original and has a lot of potential. Amphy PL is very underrated as an attacker imo. The Porygon is a nice way of dealing with the large number of Supporters you run.

I think you mean Luxury Ball, not Premier Ball ;)

-1 POV
+1 Cyrus (I just think Cyrus is too good not to run 4, and you can use it to search out the right Supporter for next turn)
-1 Honchkrow G (2 should be enough, I think)
+1 Unown G (protects Porygon a bit)

Yes I ment luxury ball, and I think unknown g will help against machamp too.

reuse the inventions

which would you pick

Poketurn or Power Spray

Power Spray, if he's already locked my powers.. All it takes is one minute to look at the board position and make a fairly informed choice as to which of the two selected cards is less beneficial and Marley's essentially failed. Plus it's reliant on having already used the trainers, why not just run more Turns and Sprays? And finally, if he has already used his Porygon 2 ability and then plays Marleys, and makes the mistake of selecting a supporter, I stalled him out a turn.

Honchkrow's a good thought, but there's no point without Energy Gain (or w/e it's called) tool
-2 WP
+2 Gain
-1 Flaafy
+1 Gain
-2 Cynthia's
+2 Cyrus's

Sam, I still maintain that there's a fundamental problem with your deck design in that you're attempting both the SP-pokemon lock suite and the Ampharos lock. Each can be strong and internally synergistic, however by running both you stifle both, and end up with underdeveloped themes in general.

I'd suggest dropping the entire G line.

1-1 Cresselia, 2-2 Manectric, Alakazam MT, Gardevoir SW, Mesprit LA all deserve consideration here.

Also, I again think if you get a few more Mesprit and start running that thing that the Poketurns should become SSUs.

P.S. You're running an insane amount of Supporters.

Drop the 4 POVs for 4 Pokedexes.

Ok, Thanks. I like the pokedex idea.

I agree with Prodigal Fanboy that the Supporter count is nuts.

Maybe drop 4 POV for 2 Broken Time-Space to get Jamming/Damage Bind up fast, seeing as you run a thick 3-2-3 line, and use the other 2 slots for Energy as 10 seems a bit low for a deck where the main attacker needs 3 Energy and moves one of them.

Maybe go 3 Honchkrow and 3 Crobat? Crobat is more useful for the Power lock. Honch is more of a tech sniper, so you don't really need 5 Dark for him.

I suggest:

4 Call
3 Dark
5 Lightning

Ok, Thanks I'll consider that.

i think you should do this IMO

-2 honchkrow G because it's not a very useful attacker even in a spread deck. it takes two energies to use its sniping attack
+2 electric energies because you need these to keep attacking with ampharos

-2 P.O.V because your probably only going to be drawing into trainers anyway.
+2 pokemon rescue because they can take crobat back against any sniping decks and use flash bites again. and you can take back an ampharos if it gets discarded by invisible tentacles or giga blaster
