Strategy
I ussually start w/ stantler a a starter and use lead to get either a rosseanne or professor elm. then by T4 i got my elctrivire ready. My main attacker is usually the donphan though. So i'm open 2 suggestions

Ridiculous hordes of energy. You can not possibly need that many energies, can you? If I'm wrong about that, it means you can't possibly need 4 energy searches either.
 
I personnaly dvice to remove the SW Vire line. There is not a single use for it. It has a lousy attack and you don't have anything that can transfer the energys to other pokemon.
Since it does not contribute to your deck, you can put in something more....helpfull.

I just saw ur deck and itseems as though u have a couple of SW vires:lightning
