So how many Level Max and Premier Ball would you play?

I haven't built an MD-on version yet, but I ended up playing zero Level Max in my previous version. Premier Ball and the traditional Supporter searches were more than enough.
The one thing Level Max may have going for it post-rotation is that AMU is losing Upper Material, making it a little harder to put the right Pixie in the active slot for Level Up.
