Raikou is Saitou
and Multi tech machine is probably the bloke that does the ATM's and stuff, can't be bothered to look.

It'd be awesome to have a download for the Old Sea Map, but I'd be quite surprised to see that going on at Worlds as well. Seeing it on the list of key items in the screenshot of Emerald that shows how to use the MysticTicket makes me wonder if we will be getting it soon, however.

Yes, it does! The MysticTicket works for FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald.

You can get the ticket without having beaten the Elite Four, but in order to use it, you'll have to get the Rainbow Pass after beating the Elite Four.
