I saw a houndoom deck on this forum and i decided to try it out, i found its pretty good and also very annoying to your opponent, here's my list:

Pokemon-13

4 houndour
4 houndoom

4 absol (baleful wind)
1 umbreon*

Energys-17

4 dark
6 basic dark
4 fire
3 multi

Trainers-30

3 galactic's mars
2 galactic's wager
2 rosanne's research
3 night maitenence
2 castaway
3 CC
1 amulet coin
3 celios betwork
2 dusk ball
1 master ball
1 scott
2 crystal beach
2 steven's advice
1 copycat
1 rowan
1 energy restore

The strategy is simple, try to discard as many cards as possible early in the game to lock your opponent. The ideal starter is absol, houndoom is the main attaker, 1st atk he can discard a card and 2nd can do 70 with 2 energies.

Help and comments are all welcome, thx..

yeah that will increase the chance to start with it, but than later on in the game it will be useless. do u think that 3 absols will be enough?

I wouldn't use any Absols if you want to T2 your opponent.
I'd recomend 0 Absols. If you really like Absols, you can at least use 4.

Well, this list is similar to a deck I recently put together, so here's my$.02 worth.

Pokes-13

4 Absol
4 Houndour
4 Houndoom
1 Umbreon *

Trainers-31

4 Team Galactic's Mars
4 Celios Net
1 Scott
2 Roseanne's Research
2 Castaway
2 Steven's Advice or Copycat(your choice)
2 Crystal Beach
2 Moonlight Stadium
4 Pokedex
4 Cess Crystal
2 Night Maintenance
2 Plus Power

Energy

4 Special Dark
8 Basic Dark
4 Fire

There are so many ways to adapt this deck for your area. I guess thats why I lie it so. If you feel more comfortable playing more Night Maint, various type of pokeball, or different supporters to fit your playstyle, by all means. That's why they give us so amny cards to choose from. This list is close to what I have tried, and it seems to work for me. Good luck with the deck.:thumb:
