PokePop, what was your ruling on how to use lvX in the mutant draft? Since it didn't happen, I didn't get to find out the final decision.

MUTANT DRAFT AT WORLDS!!!
I will get a new post going on the Worlds Board....Sorry we had no choice but to cancel...given the size of Nats attendance and the fact that Masters was not going to end till almost 1am, we just could not hold this event but we WILL work out the logistics for Worlds and post info on this soon.
Even tho Juniors and Seniors ended earlier, I wanted to make sure we were being fair to the Masters as well as there were many who wanted to attend the Mutant Draft.
