Another "Baby" questions

1.Let`s say that I have Elekid from Sandstorm as my active pokemon I put on to it Electabuzz,I play Meteor Falls, so question is may I use Elekid`s Gather Energy attack with Electabuzz if I have Meteor Falls in play.

2. May I attach a scrambled energy to the same Electabuzz which is evolved from Elekid?

2. Yes. Electabuzz is evolved at that point.
