Trying to work with this. It's a fun build but definitely has its flaws.

Strategy: Simple PLOX fare, try to get Gardevoir with 3 energy ASAP. Later on, after hopefully having baited out your opponent's Power Sprays, use Electivire FB in order to recover from any knock outs, making him act like a multi-scramble in essence. Once the powerlock gets going, this deck is even more dangerous then most other powerlockers simply because it can keep the locking going far longer then any other deck, just at a higher price.

Yay! Another Gardevoir deck!

Weavile is better for energy acceleration. I've tested that out and found it much more efficient i getting energy on Gardevoir, and doing extra damage. I like to run Crobat G, Poketurn, Dusknoir DP, and 4 Rare Candy and 2 Kirlia.

Back to Weavile vs. Electivire FB Lv. X:

Weavile is a Stage 1 with a retreat cost of 0. You only have to attack to put 2 energy on Gardevoir, with the third being attached most likely the turn of Shadow Charge or the next turn. Once you use its attack, it can retreat for free.
In order for Electivire FB to charge energy, you have to put the energy in the discard pile and then get it into the active spot, then use its power. And after that, you have to get it out of the active spot. Poketurn might lep with this, but getting the energy in the discard pile can be a hassle. Just a comparison...

Just a quick additonal note on this.

I think he/she is using Electivire FB LVX to get the energy out of the discard pile after a KO. I agree Weavile is a great energy accelerator for enrgy out of the deck......

I could be missing something though
