this is my latest deck of the moment. it's as fast as bannete, but doesn't have enough firepower.

Energy:

strategy: start with pinsir or spearow and start delta calling to get pokes. I use pokepowers more than trainers to get stuff i need. what you can do with the best set-up during a turn: use fearow's delta sign. use milotics sharing. use flygon's delta supply. use gardy's imprison. play a bebe's. use pinsir's delta call.

You've got a few dec ideas that this could turn into: Latilock Latis ex d and d, Gardyvoir d ex), Delta Punishnent (Ampharos d, Arbok d and Dewgong d). What you have is a bit scattered.
