Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

any good water deck?

Well the best one I can think of is some kind of Palkia Lock, or even better Gyarados! You don't see too many because of Luxray GL LV X but those 2 (specificaly Gyarados) is very succesful.

Gyrados

Palkia lock

Gatr (probly not I just thought I would list this)

Wailord (It's a fun deck to play... and very annoying. Probly not going to win any tourneys, but might make some top cuts)

Bibarel is going to win States.
I seriously thought about making a comment like prodigal_fanboy's comment about Feraligatr winning states  but I don't want to attempt to eat a sock.

On topic: Palkia Lock gets in trouble when it is under a Power Lock, and since Gardevoir will be faster I don't think that it will do so well.

I would still say Gyarados is a likely contender to win States.

Kingdra with Expert Belt might do well, but once again it runs into trouble under a Power Lock. I don't think it will win States.

What if someone took a Shuppet/Uxie deck and made a Starmie LA deck? But then it runs into Spiritomb/Dialga G/other Shuppet countercard and will have problems. I don't think it will win States.

I made the starmie deck as a flygon/blazeray counter. It actually did really well except for my luck. I got such a bad start with a stage 1 I lost against a fire deck.
