The SP toolbox is an archtype that focuses on using many different SP Pokemon in order to be able to adjust your strategy based on your opponent. Like any toolbox, the contents differ based on player preferrence.
The main draw engine for this archtype is Cyrus' Conspiracy, since it allows you to draw whatever energy you need, a galactic invention to help in you particular situation (i.e. energy gain if you wish to attack immediately, SP radar if you need to find a particular Pokemon, Poketurn for Crobat or to pull a damaged Pokemon, or Power spray to shut down your oppponent) and a supporter, which often means drawing Cyrus' Conspiracy again so that you can repeat the next turn.
The Pokemon included in a toolbox can vary, however they most often are all SP Pokemon, since the SP get the most benefit from the trainers contained in this deck. Below is my SP toolbox deck list. It is still a work in progress, but has been very successful.

Strategy:
-Dialga G X to kill poke bodies and power spray to stop poke powers
-Toxicroak G/ Skuntank G poison combo against non SP
- Weavile G- great starter, calls up SP and team attack is not too bad with a bench full of SPs
- Honchcrow G/ Crobat G - Sniper team... also Honchcrow is a good starter
- Bronzong G - tech to move energy around, not normally for attacking
- Froslass GL - can call out and sleep benched opponents. Nothing like pulling up on opponent's tech pokemon and making them waste a switch, poke turn or the energy to retreat it!
- Pacharisu - good starter tech for call family and great against other tool decks
- Unown G - the guard power is absolutely necessary against some decks (i.e. Machamp)
- Lucario GL - he's in the toolbox to deal with Luxray GL and exploit weakness... his poke body makes all weakness x2 and he's assisted by,
- Kecleon (RR) - colorful body when combined with Lucario's Boundary Aura allows Kecleon to dish out mega damage, even though his attack is 'flippy'
- Azelf - there to pick out any prized key components
