anyone having trouble getting Plasma Storm packs?

so I just redeemed 20 Plasma Codes. However i dont see plasma storm in the shop nor packs in my collection. i redeemed 9 other codes which worked fine. i did them all on my phone with the PTCGO code scanner app all at the same time, and I don't know if the app or the program is at fault. anyone have any suggestions? the app has never given me trouble before and i've been using it for a while. thanks in advance.
 
Had a similar issue, except I did mine via the website direct. The ones via the site never showed in my account. I filed a ticket.
 
Don't use the app or the website to redeem codes, it's more error prone than entering the codes via the client. I lost 2 Mewtwo EX and 3 Darkrai EX promos using the app. My advice it to use PTCGO scanner to scan the codes and email them to yourself and then copy/paste them into the client. Open a ticket on the official PTCG site and they should help you.
 
Yup, redeemed with code scanner last night and still have no packs. Also sent a ticket, though I have little faith in a timely response.

Every set they release has problems like this, you'd think they'd make a better attempt to get it right.
 
Be happy that it was only 20 codes. I had 48 codes that have all gone missing. Filed a ticket about 10 minutes ago. Not expecting an answer for about a week...
 
Doubt the app is at fault since my non PS codes worked just fine.

I'm certain it's the app. If you watch carefully what the app does (quite difficult). Since they obviously had to re-do the redemption to accommodate the different method, it makes sense that something isn't bouncing correctly.

All I see the app do is redeem the codes one by one on the website.

Since I redeemed directly on the site. Doubt it's the app.
 
i used the website during the maintenance for 1 ps code and 1 other code. the other code worked fine but last i checked i diddn't have the ps booster.
 
The website itself (the same like the app does I assume). I think it's like pokemontcg.com/redeem

Well, I'd reason that if the site had problems too, there's the app's issue, because the app simply modifies the link to redeem on the site,

Would also explain the impromptu maintenance that started earlier.
 
Pretty sure all the app does is cut and paste your codes into the form and hits the button, one by one. Used the app for hundreds of codes and never had a problem. Seems that anyone that used the website redemption right after the game came online last night didn't get their packs. Hopefully we'll all have them soon.

We are aware an issue that occurred on February 6th and 7th, which prevented items redeemed on the website from appearing in the game client. We have disabled website redemptions while we investigate the cause of this issue.

Our records contain the full details of every redemption that occurred during this period and we are working to deliver these items to the affected players' accounts in the game client. We hope to have this matter resolved by the end of this week.

We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience.


looks like our codes are safe. but it'll be a while before we can get it back.

that's good to hear, that was my only ps pack and i don't think i'll be able to get more.
