The strategy of this deck is to quickly get out a Cinccino and an Archeops to prevent your opponent from evolving his pokemon so you can get lots of easy kills with Do the Wave. I still need two more cards to put in but I'm not sure what else to add. Any crits are greatly appreciated.

Umm... Plume Fossil?

You should run 4-3-2 Archeops and 4 Research Record for the best consistency with a manageable amount of taken space in the deck.

Wow how could I forget the fossil? Oops..

So what ur sayin is once you get out archieops you will be attacking with minccinos? or are you relying on getting all ur cinccinos out before the heavy archieops line?

Well the plan is to get out a cinccino with a DCE which is really easy to do, and then evolve in to the archeops to put them on lock and cinccino's Do the Wave will be able to run over most of their basics easily.

^^Yeah, this is going to be a real problem. I don't think you can assume you will never lose the Cincinno attacker. I'd suggest a deck of all basics around Archeops. Maybe he'd be paired well with one of the dragons, like Kyruem.

Well I mean if I had to put out an archeops it wouldn't be bad he has a decent attack too which could stall long enough for me to be able to get the resources to make another cinccino when he goes down.

Also the goal was a cinccino deck, not an archeops deck, but I didn't want to use Kingdra.

So your idea is once Cinncino is KOd, you'll attack with Archeops and when he is KOd, you'll break the evolution lock until you can get another Cinncino out? And you think your opponent's deck won't set up in that interval? The whole idea seems flawed. I'd find a way to attack and recover under evolution lock so you don't ever have to break it.

Forgive me this is my first deck of my own ideas. What would you suggest I put in to remedy my problem?

I think the main problem your deck may face is cobalion/kyurem or a zekrom deck at the moment, have you thought of exploiting their weakness? you could try running
x2 terrakion
x2 victini V-create

these are some basic attackers that can counter what your deck may have a hard time with :3

I hope this helps, as for what to take out?
-1 x Pokemon Communication
-2 x Pokemon Catcher
-2 x Cheren
-1 x Revive
-2 x Rescue Energy

+2 terrakion nv revenge
+2 victini v-create
+2 junk arm
+2 fire energy

I know its not perfect but please let me know if it helps :3

I actually do not have many cards so the deck is not made yet, but those definitely seem like solid changes. After I made the deck I realized that zekrom, kyurem, reshiram, cobalion, etc are major threats because they are all basic pokemon that I will have a hard time OHKOing.
