Arceus LV.80 80HP :fire:
Basic Pokemon
Tool - Flame Plate
As long as Arceus has any basic :fire: Energy cards attached to it, whenever 1 of your Pokémon attacks and has an Energy attached to it discarded, you may discard a card from your hand instead.
:colorless:colorless:colorless Judgement 40
Before doing damage, you may search your deck, hand, or discard pile for another Arceus with the attack Judgement and switch it with Arceus. (Any cards attached to Arceus, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokemon.) If you do, put Arceus on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward.
:fire::fire::fire::fire: Fire Blast 120
Discard 2 :fire: Energy attached to Arceus.

Make Arceus cards like this!

Why just put Judgement as :ppowr: Form Change and put an attack like "Search you discard pile for a up to 2 :fire: Energy. Put that many damage counters on Arceaus as you attach energy's."

1. Tool Pokémon are coming out in Mysterious Treasures, and Arceus needs plates to change type, so Arceus have built-in tools.
2. Because it has a Tool, it cannot have a Poké-Power, so I gave it judgement so that it can change type.
3. A Pokemon cannot have a Tool and 3 attacks.

Now make an Arceus!

Arceus LV.80 80HP :water:
Basic Pokemon
Tool - Splash Plate
As long as Arceus has any basic :water: Energy cards attached to it, all of your Pokemon's attacks do 20 more damage for each Energy attached to them but not used to pay for that attack's Energy cost. You can't add more than 40 damage in this way.
:colorless:colorless:colorlessJudgement 40
Before doing damage, you may search your deck for another Arceus and switch it with Arceus. (Any cards attached to Arceus, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokemon.) If you do, put Arceus on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward.
:water::water::water::water: Aqua Supply 60
You may attach up to 2 basic Energy cards from your hand to your Pokemon in any way you like.

Perhaps not in the same format as the last two, but here's my shot at an Arceus card:

Arceus Lv.100 HP100 :colorless
Basic Pokemon
:ppowr: Plate Shift
Once during your turn(before you attack), you may choose to have Arceus be the same type as all of the Energy attached to it until the end of your turn. This Poke-Power cannot be used if a Special Energy card is attached to Arceus.

:colorless:colorless:colorless Judgment 100
If the Defending Pokemon is weak to the same type as Arceus and is Knocked Out by this attack, Arceus's Weakness and Resistance now match the Knocked Out Pokemon's for the duration of the game.

weakness
resistance
retreat cost :colorless:colorless:colorless

Arceus LV. 80 80HP [?]

Tool - Mystery Plate
As long as Arceus has any Special Energy cards attached to it, you may change any Special Energy cards attached to your Pokemon in play to provide 1 Energy of every type but only 1 at a time.

[C][C][C]Judgement 40
Before doing damage, you may search your deck for another Arceus and switch it with Arceus. (Any cards attached to Arceus, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokemon.) If you do, put Arceus on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward.

[X][X][X][X] Spectrum Blast 30+
Flip 17 coins. For each heads, this attack does 10 more damage. If this attack does less than 70 damage, then choose 1 special condition for each tails. The Defending Pokemon is now afflicted by each of those Special Conditions, if able. Ignore PokeBodies on the Defending Pokemon when using this attack.

your arceus dosen't has any weakness.....
Arceus wouldn't have a weakness until taking advantage of a weakness with his power. He can change types. Perhaps I worded it confusingly.
As long as Arceus has any basic :fighting: Energy cards attached to it, whenever 1 of your Pokemon attacks and you flip a coin, after the coin flip, you may discard a card from your hand. If you do, re-flip the coin.
You should word this better, it sounded confusing at first.

Arceus LV. 80 80HP :metal:
Tool - Iron Plate
As long as Arceus has any basic :metal: Energy cards attached to it, whenever 1 of your Pokémon would by damaged by an attack, you may discard a card from your hand. If you do, reduce the damage by 20.
:metal::metal::metal::metal: Iron Smash 120
Arceus does 40 damage to itself.

As long as Arceus has any basic :lightning Energy cards attached to it, whenever 1 of your Pokemon's attacks would do damage to any of your opponent's Benched Pokemon, you may discard a card from your hand. If you do, all damage done to your opponent's Benched Pokemon by that attack is increased by 10.
:colorless:colorless:colorless Judgement 40

Arceus
Basic [P] Pokemon
90 HP

Mind Plate- As long as Arceus has at least 1 basic [P] Energy attached to it, if Arceus and the Defending Pokemon have the same number of Energy attached to them, all damage done to the Defending Pokemon is increased by 20 (before applying Weakness and Resistance).

[C][C][C] Judgement 40
Before doing danage, you may search your hand, deck, or discard pile for another Arceus with the Judgement attack and switch it with this Arceus (any cards attached to Arceus, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on Arceus are on the new Pokemon). Afterwards, put Arceus on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

[P][P][P][P] Cosmic Pulse
Discard as many cards from your hand as you like. Put two damage counters on your opponent's Pokemon in any way you like for each card discarded in this way.

Weakness [P]+20
Resistance [D]-20
Retreat Cost [C][C]

Arceus
Basic [G] Pokemon
90 HP

Meadow Plate- As long as Arceus has at least 1 basic [G] Energy card attached to it, when Arceus attacks, before doing dmaage, you may choose one of your opponent's Benched Pokemon and switch it with the Defending Pokemon. Your opponent chooses the Defending Pokemon to switch. Any damage and effects of the attack are done to the new Defending Pokemon.

[G][G][G][G] Forest Gigacharge 70
Put as many damage counters as you like on Arceus (you can't Knock Out Arceus in this way). Choose one of your opponent's Benched Pokemon and put as many damage counters on that Pokemon as you put on Arceus.

Weakness [P]+20
Resistance [W]-20
Retreat Cost [C][C]

IMO, Judgement has a cool effect, but it could do 20-30 damage for only [C][C] to make it at least a bit playable. The second attack, IMO, should be 3 of whatever type the Arceus is and should be a bit less powerful.

You forgot to make the Arceus discard cards from your hand. The effects also need to last for all the other Pokemon, and it needs only 1 of the basic Energy cards. The Weakness and Resistance don't match the chart I made.

Arceus LV.80 80 HP :dark:
Tool-Dread Plate
As long as Arceus has any basic :dark: energy cards attached to it, whenever 1 of your opponent's pokemon has a resistance as the same type as your active pokemon, you may discard 1 energy card in you hand, if you do, your pokemon's attack does 30 more damage

Umm.. PokePockets... I don't think a Pokemon can actually be both confused and asleep at the same time in the TCG... and the weakness/resistance should be swtiched.

Once again, you need to discard a card from your hand for Arceus to work, and it affects all Pokemon, not just Arceus. You need to make it weak to [G] and resistant to [P]. Dark Nightmare is too broken.

i fixed Dark Nightmare and the tool to affect all pokemon, and it does require to discard for the Dread Plate to work
