Many people have different views on how Arceus should be run, but in my opinion, I have it nearly correct enough for me to achieve a lot of success with this list, all I need are some suggestions on what should be changed in this list. I briefly explained the strategy of Arceus in the beginning, but I will explain a few cards I decided to add in. I included Lucario GL for it's ability to make everyone's weakness 2x instead of whatever it originally was. This is very good against Gyarados and Machamp decks which seem to be rising in popularity at the moment. I only run 3 Colourless Arceus because I think 4 is overkill and most of the time, I already start with it, and if I have the misfortune of not starting with it, then I will usually have a few search cards to get it out along with a few other Arceus.

Please help me out with the deck, as my City Championships are coming up soon, and I would like to be extremely prepared for it, thanks!

Twins should be included in this deck since you will usually be behind in prizes early, but a couple of twins gets you your Stadium and a DCE to start OHKO your opponent.

-1 metal Arceus (it's attack is useless vs. most decks.)
-1 premier ball
-1 metal energy
-1 grass energy
+1 rainbow energy
+2 Twins
+1 Bebe's (you should have 4 if you can)

Add in a deoxys defense for machamp (;
Take out lucario Gl... I think it's useless because now all weakeness are x2
and the most popular from previous collections are SP decks, then their weakness are x2 too
good luck

I'd agree with Deoxys but I wouldn't take out a Lucario GL. Machamp, Gyarados and Gengar (all SF) are all tier decks and they all have +30 weakness.

I run Unown Q in mine, saved me on many many occasions.

No Lucario GL either, despite the fact that Gengar and Machamp are tier decks, you can hit plenty hard enough against gengar, and Machamp is pretty much autoloss. Gyarados is a tough matchup even with Lucario GL. In my testing I have found it just clunks things up trying to get him in. Of course I haven't tested with Seeker yet.
