Hello everyone, this is the list I plan to take to Provincials this year, and with your guys' help, hopefully I could do great. So here is the list!

Pokemon:16
3 Colourless Arceus
2 Fire Arceus
2 Water Arceus
1 Fighting Arceus
1 Grass Arceus
1 Psychic Arceus
1 Darkness Arceus
1 Lightning Arceus
1 Lucario GL RR
3 Arceus Lv.X

Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums: 26
4 Beginning Door
2 Pokemon Rescue
1 Premier Ball
1 Luxury Ball
1 Palmer's Contribution
1 Twins
2 Seeker
2 Bebe's Search
4 Pokemon Collector
4 Professor Oak's New Theory
4 Ultimate Zone

Energy: 18
4 Double Colourless Energy
3 Call Energy
2 Rainbow Energy
2 Water Energy
2 Fire Energy
1 Darkness Energy
1 Fighting Energy
1 Lightning Energy
1 Grass Energy
1 Psychic Energy

I will now list the reasons for some of the numbers of cards I have here: I only run 16 pokemon because Lostgar is going to be huge, and I don't really need that many pokes in this and I find that I'm able to get either a T1 or T2 Ripple Swell about 4/5 times. 3 Colourless Arceus, 4 is too many, 2 is not enough. The rest of the pokemon are pretty self explanitory. 1 Lucario GL because I need it to K.O Gyarados and to try and keep up with speed machamp even though it's an autoloss. 3 Arceus Lv.X for the same reasons as Colourless Arceus.

I run low a low pokemon count, but that is because I use Pokemon Rescue instead of using more Arceus for Gengar bait. Premier Ball for recovery and Luxury Ball for search. Palmer's Contribution for obvious recovery, and I run twins because I usually end up losing my Colourless Arceus after I Ripple Swell. Two Seeker just in case I start with Lucario GL or I need a crucial K.O. but I don't have the space to drop the Lucario GL. 2 Bebe's Search because 3 is too many and 1 is not enough. 4 Pokemon Collector to try and get that crucial T1 or T2 Ripple Swell. 4 Professor Oak's New Theory for hand refresh which is really important in Arceus. 4 Ultimate Zone for obvious reasons.

4 Double Colourless Energy because I need as much speed as I can get in my attacking. 3 Call Energy for searching, retreating, or Sky Spear Bait. 2 Rainbow Energy because during my testing I found I didn't really need it too badly, but when I took it out, that's when I needed it the most.

Thank you so much for reading, please leave any opinions on what could be changed to make the deck better or more consistent. All thoughts are appreciated, thanks!

Thank you! Through my testing I have not had very much trouble with trainer lock since I only run about 8 trainers. I do not run Expert Belts because I can almost knock out everything in the format in one hit already, and I don't think the extra 20 damage is worth giving up a prize in this deck.

i would up the count of the Arceus. It's better to just have more Arceus so you have a better chance of drawing into them turn one.

I play something like:

4 Colourless Arceus
2 Fire Arceus
2 Water Arceus
2 Fighting Arceus
1 Metal Arceus
1 Psychic Arceus
2 Darkness Arceus
2 Lightning Arceus

I took out Grass Arceus because he just doesn't do much and no one is weak to grass really.
Definitely bump the Colorless up to 4, if not five. I usually take my last three "cheap" prizes with him, and he is the one you need to start with.
Metal Arceus is suprisingly helpful. It makes your opponent have to work around the attack.
I run 2 Lightning/Darkness/Fighting because these are big weaknesses on Gyarados, Gengar, and Luxray. The fire one I may have bumped to three as well since it is definitely the strongest consistant attack.
I would also play 4 Call Energy. I know three can work, but it's just too good to pass up for this deck.

As for the Premier Ball, you could run that or a fourth Arceus X. Depends on how your meta is with Trainer Lock

Nope. Don't use Uxie. You want six Arceus in play. Nothing else. Lucario is the only acceptable pokemon aside from Arceus.

Actually, 1 Uxie is solid. In your initial start u go for 6 after though Uxie can help tremendously. I personally love the grass Arceus
