Arceus (XY 197) and Lunatone (CES 61)

What happens if I use Arceus (XY 197)'s Type Switch attack and choose {R} type, then next turn put a Solrock on my Bench and use Thorton to switch Arceus with Lunatone (CES 61)?

Does Lunatone have an Ability? (This matters for attacks like Scizor (OBF 191)'s Punishing Scissors.)
Will other {R} Pokémon in play have Abilities?

So Arceus is now fire.
Solrock is on the Bench
Next turn, You use Thorton to switch it with Lunatone with Sol Shade.
Lunatone is Fire. Sol Shade turns off Abilities of Fire Pokemon.
So the Ability is turned off, which, now that it's off, it turns back on, but that turns it off...
There is a similar ruling on a Wobuffet (I think) where the Ability goes on and off like this.
The determination from Pokemon is that the Ability stays off.
Not that this will ever happen in reality.
