Are Pokemon-EX Holo?

I don't know if this is an obvious question, but I'm wondering whether all Pokemon-EX are holographic.

(Note: Pokemon-EX as in Mega Heracross-EX, not Vileplume ex. Thanks!)

Yes they are Holo. Except for the ones found in the World Championship decks (which have a different card back)

And those are not playable at tournaments and are not worth very much, even though some rip off sellers on eBay try to sell them for a lot.

Yeah, sometimes you look at a Shaymin-EX or something amazing like that, and you have to read the description and the small print to realize that it's a World Championship Card.
