Are Pre-Release cards legal to use?

I have a question, I was recently at a pre-release tournament for Legends Awakened and received a Buck's Training that has "Pre-Release" stemped on the front. Is this card legal to use in tournaments?

You can't use them at the pre-releases for the set they come from... but the pre-release stamped cards may be used at other local and championship tournaments. For example, you could use pre-release stamped Buck's Training at Battle Roads.
