Ok, now I don't know how well this would work out, but seems like it could be kind of fun with all those fun poke-powers out there. The only real problem I can think of is with all the "G" decks out there is Dialga Lv.x But here's what I came up with;

Strat: Set up a t-tar to spinning tail asap using felicity to dump a few energy in the discard pile,
have an Aerodactyl or 2 on bench placing counters every time a power is used. Having 2 huge bonuses every time they use a power either gains me fast prizes, or slows them down a lot. With 2 Aerodactyls out I only need 1 spinning tail to kill the pixies. Power up another t-tar so he is ready to get out and continue spinning. Weavile is nice to set up faster if you need it or help to retreat your
dactyls / claydols if they are brought up front.

Cons: "SP"... With some many out there, it makes this deck had to play. With Dialaga X blocking your bodies, and Poke-turns when they get low, they are really tough to beat, unless you start grinding out KO's.. which kinda defeats the purpose.

I'm interested in hearing you comments / reccomendations. (Don't be too harsh, still kinda noob)

I would take out the 4 Sableye in todays metagame going first is not always the best desired option. If you have to have a bonified STARTER pokemon I think Absol is so much better right now, but in T-Tar I would up my Weavile count to a 4-2 or 4-3 and use him as your starter to start building up T-Tar ASAP. I also believe the Grinding version is a better option over Spinning Tail right now so even though Dialga X shuts off his body, getting out a Darkrai X against Gs just OHKOs everything and if you use the Darkrai that puts to sleep when comes into play it can waste a Power Spray or let them take their chances with the flip as they cannot evolve out of sleep, however you must increase your Pupitar line to 2 because Deafen can keep you from your Rare Candy......I would maybe try something like

4-3 Weavile
3-2-3 T-Tar
2-2 Claydol
2-1 Darkrai X
Then your choice of Azelf,Uxie, or Unown G type cards according to your playstyle and preference
