This card can only be attached to an Evolved Pokemon (excluding Pokemon-ex). While in play, this card counts as energy of every color, but provides 2 energy at a time. Damage done by the Pokemon Double Rainbow Energy is attached to is reduced by 10. If Double Rainbow Energy is attached to a Basic Pokemon or Pokemon-ex, discard Double Rainbow Energy.
Does it reduce from the 50, the 30, both, or can the controller choice the 10 point reduction?
