Q. Charizard-EX's "Burn Down" attack says it is not affected by Poké-Bodies, etc. So when going up against Wobbuffet, Ninetales, or Dewgong with "Safeguard", which takes precedence?
A. Charizard-EX's attack specifically states to ignore Poké-BODY's, so in this case the attack gets through "Safeguard". (Sep 9, 2004 PUI Rules Team)
