this is my first ever attempt at a ttar deck i really dont know how they r made so i need that help. i know i have too many energies in there so thats a problem. any suggestions?

ur biggest focus is to get a spinning tail t-tar up and going, and rock when necessary. wobb is ur tech against hex.
