Considering it was featured in a Japanese Gift Set, I would say its worth around 10$.

$10 may even be a little high. the last two that actually sold on ebay went for $6.50 and $9. someone is asking $31.50 for one right now, but it will never sell at that price unless the bidder is anxious or ill informed.
