Australia Prerelease question

I have question.

Seeing that UK will get the LM on 4th....

but what about Australia.

Can we, Aussie have the set on the first pre-release, Or not?

Is it against the rules that Aussie have the set first before UK and USA?

Could someone answer me, please people.

It's entirely possible for us to have the pre-release then....so long as the LD has the cards in time.
