can i put it in a RAR archive, or same deal?

EDIT: I seem to be having problems with shrinking my image without getting some weird image problems. could I send you the image and just have shrinking done?

Don't know what you mean by "RAR archive".

No, the image must be submitted in its final form.
If we have to shrink it, we might as well make our own.
 
A RAR archive is like a ZIP file. Except you use winrar to extract it. I think...
 
We're talking about 20KB size files here.
No compacting. I don't have RAR.
They're not that big.
There's no need to make this difficult.

Reminder: This is a contest for NEW Pokemon from RUBY and SAPPHIRE.
Ones that we don't already have Avatars from.
I just got a submission with 4 Pokemon from 1-251.
They may not get used in the contest!
 
Read the rules again.

This first contest will have 10 Pokemon Avatars selected. You can use your own original art, or card images, or GB images, TV show images, as long as they are images of Pokemon that we're missing. That would be the new R/S Pokemon as well as three classic ones we're missing.

We'll be putting them up on a webpage for people to view and vote on soon.

Wait! Don't finish the contest until tonight. I want to send in some R/S Pokemon tonight for the contest.

Also, can you tell us what Pokemon have already been taken?
