Basic Doulde Colorless Energy

The first reply I got felt like you are not following what I'm asking,

I have 2 different double colorless energy. 1 is a basic energy card and the other 1 is a special energy card. Are they both not legal in BR, State, or World?

You don't have a Basic Double Colorless Energy card.
They are all special.
The ones printed for Base Set may not have "Special Energy Card" printed on it, but it still is a Special Energy card.
The rule book printed at the time made that clear and it was the only one at the time.

Also, "most recent printing" is the rule.
The most recent printing has "does not count as a basic Energy card" on it, so that means all of them are to be read with that text.
