Well, when you buy Ruby and Sapphire, you get one (Gentleman Nills for Ruby and Lady Astrid for Sapphire). And now, Nintendo has released 3 new sets of battle e-cards. They should be available at your local Wal-Mart or wherever Nintendo stuff is sold (at least it is in my area. I'm in Iowa, and we don't get anything, so you should defintely have some by now). They are usually about $5.55.
EDIT: I forgot to mention this: On the pack, it makes it sound like all of the trainers to battle in these packs have all of their Pokemon at lv. 100. This is not true. There are six trainers. One trainer has theirs at lv. 100, and the others have theirs at lower levels. And don't forget the rare berries that are in there. So, don't think that you have to wait to level up your Pokemon to buy the packs.
