Here is what I plan to do. Once i get my Vileplume from one of my trades i will take out the extra Cubchoo
for it and I will mess around with the PETM until I come up with something else.

Quick update:
-1 Communication
+ Professor Elm's Training Method
I'm still waiting on the Vileplume to get here, so if it doesn't get here in time I'll do this:
-1 Cubchoo
+1 Gloom

I'm sure I can only thing that is stopping is the flu, but I'm feeling way better than the last few days.

Back on topic. Is there any last changes that I might need to do?

I would take out a Cubchoo for a Cleffa. If you don't have one, I would use Magby, Smoochum, or Aipom instead. You could also try a Bellsprout or Smeargle. You need a tech basic that you think would work best.

If you use Magby, you can Shut Off the active's Poke-Power. If you use Cleffa, you can set up better.

So. Would using Elekid and/or Pichu be wise?
Here is the Pokemon line:

3-1-2 Vileplume/Bellesom
2-1-2 Serperior Ability
1-1 Dodrio (retreat aid)
1 Elekid
1-1 R&S Legend
4-4 beartic (3 sheer cold/1 icy wind)
I'm trying it this build w/out Zekrom

I like Magby better because burn stacks, I have not tried out Elekid though. I would consider Revenge Bouffalant to even out prizes or Sunflora (HGSS) to move ahead in the set up.

I think Sunflora would be a little much. I'm a little iffy about Bouffalant.
I have some more changes to go through and I'll post it up later.

Pokemon:
3-1-3 Vileplume/Bellesom
2-1-2 Serperior Ability
1-1 Dodrio (retreat aid)
1 Pichu
1-1 R&S Legend
4-4 Beartic (3 sheer cold/1 icy wind)

energy:15
4 :colorless::colorless:
3 Rainbow
8 :water:

t/s/s:
3 Rare candy
4 communication
2 twins
1 Cheren
1 FSL
3 collector
4 copycat

So this is what i have so far. I still have to test it out but this is it.
2 juniper.

I am wondering if 4 Copycat is a good idea with N, Judge, and Yanmega Prime? It could be, I tend to underrate Copycat. The trainer lock should help. I hear the Icy Wind Beartic could actually be better.

Have you taken this deck to any tournaments?

I don't have PONT so until I get that card Copycat is a substitute.
I have been sick this and last week so I couldn't go to Regional.

If you want to play Blissey, I would play 1-1 Blissey Prime with Seeker. Or, if you have enough room to fit in Rescue Energy with the pokemon line, you could play 2-2 Blissey (one prime, one non-prime). Blissey non-prime is great if you are playing a long game and have run out of attackers. Its first attack does not do a lot of damage, but it will stay in the game for a while, especially with trainer lock. I like Dodrio a little better in Vileplume though.
