Bellossom (Fellowship)

If I have a Bellossom HP as my active and a Gloom HL on the bench, Bellossom's Poke-Body allows me to use any of Gloom's attacks as long as I have the necessary energy. So say I use Bellossom to do "Cling." Cling does 20 damage to the defending pokemon, and says that after the attack, remove from Gloom the amount of damage counters equal to the damage you did to the Defending Pokemon. So does this damage get removed from Gloom, or the Bellossom that performed the attack???

It's self-referencing. The damage is removed from the Pokemon actually doing the attack, Bellossom.
