GOAL: Put down an Elekid on the bench and evolve it into Electabuzz δ for the ability to draw a card every turn. Keep Electabuzz δ on your bench. Use Kyogre-EX or Electivire as your active Pokemon and attach an Amulet Coin for an additional draw. Keep Kyurem ready on the bench when things start to get tough.
You already draw cards from the bottom of the deck with Electabuzz δ so use Caitlin to help draw more cards and to help predict what Electabuzz δ will bring out.
