best pikachu/raichu's

I havent played the card game for several years so i was just wondering with all the card sets that have been out whats the best pikachu and raichu from what set to use in a tournament deck? i collected from the begining up to the team rocket and gym leaders sets but can get hold of cards from, later sets if they are not from them.

There are solid Pikachu's and Raichu's in there and the best of all a Raichu lvl X that can attack twice (80 dmg)

So have some patience
