Best way to sell off entire collection

I'm quitting the game, and I want to get rid of my entire collection, and I need some advice about the best way of going about maximizing the $$ I'll get vs. the time spent trying to sell it.

I have old stuff, as far back as Base Set, but most of it is more recent stuff, even up to Dragons Exalted. Should I try to sell the ultra rare as singles on eBay, then sell all the rest in one giant lot (I have several thousand cards)? I also have packs of Professor-stamped energy and trainers, lots of POP cards, prerelease promos, city/state/regionals cards, and other promos.

Lots usually go pretty quickly, so that would be a good bet for a lot of the commons and such.

I would say to individually list the ultra rares and other cards like go for $5-$10+ in value, then just make lots for the rest of your cards. I suggest making a lot for each set.

I think the easiest way to go is...
Sell all your ultra rares and cards that go for $5+
Then purchase some primes at $1.00-2.00 a piece
Then do lots for all your other cards ("1 Ultra Rare and 50 commons" etc)

The best way to sell your cards and maximize your return, especially if you don't know how to go about it yourself, is to have someone experienced broker them for you for a small fee.
