After regions this year, I want to try to take the professor's exam, and the compendium has been a great guide for cards rulings, and explaining why cards act the way they do, but I know there is a part of the test that deals with things outside of the cards themselves, things like tournement structure, time allotments for certain actions and penalties for slowplay, what can acts as a legitmate translation for a foreign card, warnings, penalties, and other calls, irreversable gameplay,and other things that are required knowledge for professors to be able to do their job, but dont necessarily have anything to with the ways that the cards themselves interact. What would be a good place to learn this type of information, and is there any chance that it may later be added to the compendium?
