Big Parasol and effect on Attacks

I have 2 questions about Big Parasol:

Pokémon with attacks that read “This attack's damage isn't affected by any effects on your opponent's Active Pokemon.”

Like Shred on many Pokémon or this exact wording is from Duralodon Vmax’s attack G Max Pulverasation attack.

Is this effect ignored if opponent’s Pokemon has big parasol attached.

So Miltank ASR 126 with BIG Parasol attached if being attacked by Duralodon Vmax attack G Max Pulverasation would not take any damage due to Miltank’s ability, correct? So the effect of G Max Pulverasation would be ignored because of Big Parasol being attached?

Second question is more general what is defined as an effect of an attack? Is all wording listed below an attack name that explains attack considered an attack effect?

What about attacks based on multiplication? For example an attack lists 50x as its damage and then reads: “This attack does 50 damage for each Energy attached to all of your opponent's Pokémon.” Is this an effect of an attack?

If opponent has Big Parasol attached does this effect the damage of this attack?

I am guessing multiplication in an attack is not considered an effect, but is considered as the attacks damage. Does this also apply to 50+ attacks that have a condition to increase the damage? Is there other examples of wording below attacks that is also not considered an effect of an attack beyond multiplication or addition?

Thanks!

Attacks that ignore effects generally "win" and get through. Otherwise, what would be their point?
Big Parasol doesn't combo with Miltank's ability to create some kind of super effect.
Duraladon Vmax would do it's damage.

Multiplication is considered part of the calculation and determination of damage and is not an effect.
Damage is damage whether it is in big numbers to the right of the attack or described in the attack text.
The only time "damage" is not damage is when you are placing "damage counters".
