Big Parasol Clarification

Please forgive me if I am just being thick, but when Big Parasol reads

As long as the Pokémon this card is attached to is in the Active Spot, prevent all effects of attacks from your opponent’s Pokémon done to all of your Pokémon. (Existing effects are not removed. Damage is not an effect.)

In this case, does Big Parasol only stop attack effects which would be applied to literally all of your Pokémon, or does it stop those that hit fewer than all of your Pokémon? I am trying to work out if an effect that is only applied to your Active, only to your Bench, only to of your Pokémon, etc. still go through or not.

It will protect any and all of your Pokemon from Attack effects.
The effect doesn't have to affect all Pokemon at once. Even a single target is protected.
