Bill PC pass card

I have a Bill Pass card for years and I never thought of what it would be worth and I didn't know if it being glossy was how all of the are or only a small few?

Any help on my questions would be great and thanks in advance.

Bill PC Pass card came from Vending Series 3 so they are all glossy like all Vending cards since they had to be peeled from a sheet.

Were the Bill PC Pass Cards one of the cards you could send in to get a Masaki promo? I don't remember. I own one of those PASS CARDS though, it's pretty sweet

There are two pass cards.
The Bill one is the one you send in to trade for one of the holo cards.
So they are fairly rare, since kids would send them in.

Then, in a later print run (I suppose), Bill was replaced with Imakuni.
These Pass cards are pretty common, compared to the Bill one.

I'd value the Bill one at least at $10

weren't the Imakunis? Pass Cards also mailed in for promos like the Bill's Pass Card?

Nope. The Imakuni ones replaced the Bill one specifically to limit the promotion.
