The total for the rest comes out to $16.25

The POP notebook is a little on the heavier side but shipping shouldn't be no more than $5 (a guesstimate). If you don't mind, please PM me your address so I can get a better idea on the shipping.
 
Is the Groudon deckbox styled like the Lugia box (ie. sketch deckbox)? Additionally, are there images of both the Groudon and Lugia deckbox conditions?

Honestly it's hard to see from the pictures but the condition on the Groudon is that there are many scratches on it (only viewable upclose + under lighting). The Lugia has very few/minor scratches and just as the groudon deckbox it cannot be seen unless youre up close + with the help of lighting.

Interested in the conditions of your Neo Shinings and your Crystal Golem. If you could send me scans/pics that would be awesome. However, I would for sure like to buy these from you:
