In the Middle of the night, he is awaken from a horrible loud noise. He sits strait up in his bed and looks around, nothing seems wrong, so he goes back to sleep...
When he wakes up in the morning, he goes about his usally morning, he brushes his teeth, and eats breakfast, when he looks outside he realized he made a Horrible Mistake...
Where does he live? Who is he? And what was his horrible mistake?

I'm going to bet that he lives in a light house, and turned off the massive light before hitting the hay. Loud noise was a ship running aground?
