Oke guys... The Strategy Seems to be easy... Only it Need a Lot of work!!!
Any help?

forget about it, dont trust an entire deck on 2-2-2 line, specially when you have 2 stage 2 and 2 stage 1 pokémons... 3 rare candy?! this is a must... 3 dunsparce? 4 is a must in this stuff to... i'd say this deck will never works, but maybe:

-4 water energy
+1 dunsparce
+1 RC
+1 squirtle
+1 charmander
-3 wally
+3 celio's

okay, you dont need 18 energy simply becuz magneton get 'em back ;)

Yeah I don't think the idea will work either. Too hard to actually set up. Plus, Charizard EX sucks. All the Charizards are bad. It's way too slow, trust me. before you ever get this going, you'd have already lost. Speed kills. But do as you wish. But I would use the Dragon Charizard over Charizard EX. That would be much easier to pull off. Charizard EX has to discard 5 energies every time to use Burn Down, so you attach one energy, and Rain Dance 4 on there, with no way to get the damage counters off, you'd kill the dragon before it even get's a chance to attack. Use the Dragon Charizard, that one only discards 1 energy, which is alot better than 5.

Actually, Dark Charizard was pretty awesome. To date it still has one of the highest damage:energy ratios in the game, and was the first pokemon that could OHKO anything it faced. ^^

Charizard EX decks rely on one thing, and one thing alone - boost energy.

use it, or drop the line.

period.

Raindance 4??? I don't think so.

I completly agree magnaium and also you really need to only run like 10-12 nrg b/c u just get them back w/ magneton

add boost and maybe 4 super scoop up because each energy on chex is 1 damage just to heal it
