Blastoise EX vs Energy Refresh

Hi, I wanna ask this :

If I have active Leafeon with Energy Refresh P-B and I attach W NRG card via Blastoise EX P-P to PKMN that has 10 HP left what will happen ? This PKMN will be KOed or these two abilities are in "same time" and therefore each time I attach NRG I heal 10 HP ? Or I have to choose what I wanna resolve first ? Or this abilities has some regimented resolving ?

I am really not sure about stacking here.

Since the placing of the energy is part of using the Energy Rain Power, that damage counter would have to get placed first.
However, even if a Pokemon might now have enough damage counters to be KO'd, you would still get to resolve the Poke-Body since it is not something that has be chosen to do by the player, it is automatically activated.

So, you would place one damage counter, then remove two (or one if there is only one).
