Well, Why do you play Dual Ball and Lannette when you have Sparce, its really not needed, and 3 Steven, 3 Reporter or something like that and 2 Admin is a must. and 2-1-2 Pidgeot is what your really want to do. Just my input.

Well...I noticed more Draw was needed in this deck. Just getting one a Turn takes a while to get Set-Up, so I added more Steven's and TV Reporters to the mix. Maxes out on Celio's and Rare Candy to get Pidgeot out ASAP. Island Cave to Counter Battle Frontier and help out your Pokemon that are Affected by a Special Condition. Warp Point and Admin for a little Disrpution...good luck with it.

i tend to play the toise/jirachi deck the most at league and stuff but at tourneys i tend to use the toise/kingdra deck cus of all the zapper decks around there and kingdra helps block him out

they are both pretty fast paced, the toise/ jrachi is especially fast cus i play it as T2 so i works nicely.
NOTE the JIRACHIS were HL but now are DEOXYS

He ran Rhydon in the Gym in Jackson. I saw the list. I don't remember if he ran Dunsparce though.

I Think the better blastoise deck is with qwagsire
if you put 4 blastoise ex and 3 qwagsire with pokénavs and master balls you can easily have a turn 2 blastoise ex
with a qwagsire for the zapdos
