Just looking to clean this up a bit... The basic premise is to Rain dance energies onto Blastoise to do 100 (to any pokemon) per turn. Blastoise can also move waters to the active with Wash out. It seems to be working fairly well. I've never had BTS be useful so far though. Thoughts?

What are Team Rocket's Trickery, Oak's Visit, and Underground Expedition used for? Just for hopefully drawing into something good? Don't have a Uxie or two?

If you're not really using Broken Time-Space, then try replacing them with two or three Dawn Stadium. Could heal up your Blastoise with Rain Dance. Maybe throw in an Unown (#54 HGSS) and an extra Super Scoop Up. Might be best to reserve the Super Scoop Ups for Unown.

Based off your list, maybe try this:

4 Sableye
3-2-3 Blastoise
2-2-2 Feraligatr
1 Unown (HGSS #54)
2 Uxie

2 Collector
3 Rare Candy
3 Bebe
1 Luxury Ball
3 Communication
2 Oak's New Theory
2 Interviewer's Questions
2 Flowershop
2 Dawn Stadium
3 Scoop up
2 Warp point

14 Water

I'd like to throw in a Fisherman or two, but not sure what you can take out besides Energy.

Here's my new list. Any suggestions appreciated. (I don't have anymore uxies though...) I'm stewing on adding a couple expert belts so Blastoise could do 120 per turn? Thoughts on what could come out or if it's worth it (I haven't had much luck with scoop up)?

Hello there!

Here are a few optional changes I would make to the deck:

I think you need just 1 flowershop and 1 fisherman, so we can take those out.

4 Bebe these days is a BIT excessive. You can remove one.

I'd take out the Switch for Warp Point, but that's just preference.

If by Scoop Up you mean Super Scoop Up, then I would take those out too.

3 PONT may be a little too much.

Sooo...
-1 FIsherman
-1 Flowershop
-1 Bebe's
-2 Super Scoop Up
-1 PONT

+1 Pokemon Collector
+1 Rare Candy
+2 Pokemon Communication
+1-1 Uxie

Hope I helped!!!

Oh yeah, and I wouldn't put in Expert Belts. 100 snipe is good, and you'll rarely be hitting the active (and if you do, 100 and 120 don't NORMALLY matter).

Otherwise, I wish you great luck on your deck!

If you find urself having bench space open maybe try adding an onyx or two. (the new one)
I don't remember the name of the power, but it lets you remove a damage counter when you attach energy. with two on the bench you could be healing 40 every turn. I'm sure someone will rip this to shreds but it seems like solid theorymon.
