Strategy: Get early KOs with sheer speed, and then later game take prizes with Bright Look and Luring Flame.

Make it 2-2 Luxray GL and 3-1 Blaziken FB. This way you can get a quick beatdown and have the maximum number of bright looks. For this I would take out 1 NM and 1 G HQ.

lucario helps the kingdra matchup a little bit, and i would go with a 3-1 blaziken like mentioned in the post before me.
