Blend Energy

If I use Ho-oh EXs attack with a Blend Energy attached, would I be able to use all of the different energy types at once? I'm asking this because I remember Rainbow Energy would count as a psychic and grass at the same time for Roserade.

That is true about Roserade's Power, but Roserade did not specify "basic energy".

Only basic energy cards will add to the damage.
Sorry, Blend would be broken with this attack.
