so i heard blissey prime is worth $20?? idk, i mean, its pretty good in jumpluff and gyrados and anything using a small amount of energy... but im thinkin its more like $15.

Prime cards aren't rare. Just extra shiny. No need to put a high price on a bad, easy to get card.

I would hardly call Blissey Prime and Donphan Prime "bad." Meganium and Ampharos, maybe. The others are really quite playable.

You can buy a Blissey Prime for $5 + $1 shipping on ebay right now. Blissey is one of the most common primes.

There is a low demand for Blissey "Prime", considering you only need 1-2 copies as tech card(s) in certain decks. Thus, the price is low.
