The Deck that takes healing and power way too far
The Deck that takes healing and power way too far
First off, we'll start with my list. This deck was inspired by a very similar one played by Sian Murray. I loved it, and tweaked it a bit so I could play it very comfortably.
22 Pokemon
3 Turtwig GL from RR
3 Blissey from MT
1 Blissey from PT
4 Chansey from MT
3 Sableye from SF
2 Shuckle from SW
2 Uxie from LA
2 Claydol from GE
2 Baltoy from GE
13 Energy
11 :grass: Energy
2 :colorless::colorless: Energy
25 Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums
4 Roseanne's Research
2 Bebe's Search
2 Pokemon Communication
3 Felicity's Drawing
2 Expert Belt
2 Warp Point
2 Energy Gain
3 Poke Turn
2 Lucian's Assignment
1 Broken Time-Space
1 0ak's New Theory
1 Night Maintenance
The main strategy is to start off with a Sableye to get energy into the discard pile for Blissey to use later on. Turtwig GL is a great card, it can stall while you set up a Blissey, or it can take down a whole Gyarados deck itself with an expert belt by healing off all the damage they do to you (woohoo for resistance) and hitting for 80 at the same time. While Turtwig is stalling, you load up a Blissey with Double Colorless Energy and when the time is right, switch it in and hit big with Happy Chance. The deck finds more healing power in the form of the Platinum Blissey. It allows you to discard a card from your hand (an energy card for Blissey MT) and heal off 20 damage from any of your pokemon. Shuckle is there to poison Claydol if it is active for some reason. Thanks for reading, and feedback/suggestions are appreciated.
