TRUK = Blissey/Electivire w/Elekid & Electabuzz d, I presume (also known as Blissvire)?

Strategy seems simple enough: Put Basic Energies in the discard pile using, say, Mentor and TVR, bring 'em back with Blissey. If Blissey gets too badly hurt, Switch/Warp Point for Electivire and use his Poke-Power to move the Energie on up. Elekid/Electabuzz d are for draw power as well.
