He IS 4 for 7 at cities with the deck in an ultra competitive area - if you polled the top 50 players in the rankings I bet he would get over 75% of the vote. Yes, it is just opinion and no I don't think he is the best at every deck. He generally plays stage 1 decks with highly strategic elements ( Medicham,Mewtrick etc....). I was simply using a reference to Jason to illustrate that Boom is an underdog to Rai Eggs as he himself has stated the match up is NOT good. BTW congrats on YOUR win, MO has some really good players. Moza - can anyone stop the freight train that is Dan R? Jackson FTW!

Yeah^ just run 4 Crystal Beach or Battle Frontier.
 
You need Holon Legacy/Battle Frontier/Space Center added into your deck; Anti Metanite and Lati@s lock. I also say max out on TVR and add more scott; you can always use the scotts to discard, but you want that gym that locks them quick. What to take out, I dunno.

I like a 2/2 Beach/BF split

You have houndoom, so hopefully you don't need more than that.
 
The match against RaiEggs is never a problem for me, when I use Boom.

I have 2 scott and 3 Beach, the lock is up round 3 at the worst.

I warp point/reversal everything to avoid knocking out Holon's Castform (In some cases, I have 40 damage on that castform an move 10 hp from another pokemon to castform for the last prize)

Windstorm is for Mysterious Shard and Cessation Crystal. I even drew 3 prizes of LunaRock because I windstormed his energy root, moved damage causing the 2nd pokemon to fall and knocked out the last one with 90 damage

Because it's preferable for the BOOM player, usually, to have the Mercury player prevented from using their powers. Battle Frontier would shut off some (Gardevoir d, Starmie d, and Porygon2 DS if it's being played), but that still leaves Gardevoir ex d free, not to mention some of the other common teched lines, like Altaria ex d.
 
Banette ex ohkos Gardy ex d anyways o_0. If you get doom out early mercury shouldnt be a problem unless they play scizor ex with it. Btw a good Delta player beats a good Boom player and this is coming from someone who HATES Delta lol Ive played Boom and have beaten Delta many times but a good delta player knows how to beat it thats all i have to say about that.
